No long-term contract. No minimum spend.

Why change

Temp labor without a system is costing you

Most mid-market companies run contingent labor with spreadsheets and email. The cost is not obvious until you can finally see it.

The old way

  • ×10 to 25 agencies billing at different rates, on different schedules
  • ×Hours each week chasing paperwork and reconciling invoices
  • ×No real number for Finance to put in a budget
  • ×No way to tell which agency performs and which one does not

The SourceNow way

  • ✓Every requisition, worker, invoice, and compliance document in one system
  • ✓Invoices generated from approved timesheets, not agency submissions
  • ✓Hard rate caps and version-controlled rate cards by role and location
  • ✓One point of accountability across every site, in real time

Features

Built to adopt fast, not to configure for months

Cloud-based, mobile-first, and accessible from any browser. No client-side installation, no hard limits on users, suppliers, or transaction volume.

01

Mobile-first by design

Hiring managers, approvers, and suppliers get full functionality on any device, from intake to invoice approval.

02

Configurable approval workflows

Sequential or parallel chains, routed by department, cost center, or location. Every action time-stamped and tied to the user who took it.

03

Rate caps that actually hold

Rate cards by role, location, and labor category with version control. Over-rate submissions are blocked at the system level, and exceptions are logged.

04

Inverted invoicing

The system generates invoices from approved timesheets instead of accepting agency-submitted bills, which eliminates rate creep and invoice disputes.

05

Compliance that runs itself

Requirements configured per role, with expiration monitoring and automated alerts. Workers can be hard-blocked until requirements are met.

06

Saaji AI

An embedded conversational engine: post job orders, query headcount, or find spend reduction by voice or text, with no report building.

07

Live dashboards

Real-time views of workforce spend, vendor fill rates, time-to-fill, invoice accuracy, and compliance across every location.

Questions

The questions every buyer asks

How much does SourceNow cost?+

Nothing to you. SourceNow operates on a vendor-funded model. Our fee, typically 2 to 3%, is retained from staffing agency invoices. You pay no software license, no implementation fee, no integration fee, and no ongoing support fee. In most programs, clients see a net reduction in total contingent labor spend within the first year, even after the agency fee is factored in.

If the agencies pay for it, won't they raise my rates?+

The fee comes out of the existing margin agencies earn on your bill rates. It does not get added on top. This is a standard model in contingent workforce management. We typically renegotiate your bill rates downward as part of implementation, so the net effect is lower total spend even after the agency fee is accounted for.

How long does implementation take?+

Standard implementation is 8 to 12 weeks. For companies with active participation and limited initial integrations, we can accelerate to go-live in 4 to 8 weeks. We have delivered straightforward programs in four weeks.

Is there a minimum spend or volume requirement?+

No minimums. We work with companies running 50 concurrent workers and $10M in annual contingent spend up through $1B programs. The model scales in both directions.

Is there a long-term contract?+

No long-term contract is required. Most clients stay because the program delivers value, not because they are locked in.

Are integrations included or do they cost extra?+

All integrations are included at no additional cost. That covers design, build, testing, and ongoing maintenance, including Workday, UKG, Paylocity, ADP, Bullhorn, Oracle, QuickBooks, Power BI, and Tableau. The only exception would be highly customized middleware outside standard API development.
